I have made a complaint thru the phone (62255577) and email (consumers@mas.gov.sg) to MAS regarding the outright std rejection letters from DBS. I hope those of you who have recd the rejection letter will do same.

investors should absolutely protest it.
Now that DBS insist on case-by-case investigation with the excuse that cases are different, they should clarify the various complaints case-by-case too.
This is the official blog of the High Notes Investors Group (HNIG). It is maintained by the HNIG Committee.
The HNIG brings together registered investors of DBS's toxic High Notes series of structured deposit products. One of this series, High Notes 5 has now been hit with a "critical event" and is basically worthless. It is our contention that DBS has mis-sold and mis-represented the HN5 product to its customers, as well as possibly other products in the series as well. We are now in the midst of urging DBS to "do the right thing" and compensate ALL its customers.
